Cream Cheese Frosting

If you’re looking for a creamy frosting that is rich in flavor this is it.
Super easy to make, this frosting is thick and delicious.

Make sure all you use brick style full fat cream cheese. Not the spreadable type in the tub. ingredients are room temperature though. If using salted butter, omit the salt.

Your ingredients should be room temperature which makes it blend perfectly with no lumps. Also it is not a bad idea to sift your confectioners sugar before putting into the bowl. Confectioners sugar can get small lumps depending how long you have had it. Those small lumps will not go away in your frosting.

Super easy to make. Just cream the butter and cream cheese, add vanilla, then add confectioners sugar. Be careful not to put the mixer speed on too high at the beginning or the confectioners sugar will go all over the counter and you.
