Corn Chowder

Comforting and creamy corn chowder is one of the easiest things to make.
It’s one of those things to make that doesn’t require a recipe.

It’s something everyone in my family likes. I like it with lots of corn and potatoes so its nice and hearty.

My brother adds bacon to his which is also delicious. You can add scallions for color as well.

Naturally, this chowder is better if made a little ahead or even the next day.

How easy is this to make?

Very easy…..

On medium heat, just saute onions in a little butter.

Add potatoes and just enough water to cover. Cook until tender.

Add creamed corn and milk.

Heat until mixture is hot.
