I’ve had many a Daiquiri. Most of the time they are too sour, too sweet, or just down right flat. Those days are over!
I have finally perfected the perfect Peach Daiquiri!
There are the usual ingredients in this drink which is what makes it so perfect.
A Daiquiri is made up of Rum, Citrus and sweetener. 
You can make your own simple sugar or look for the ready made stuff in your grocery store. It is obviously cheaper to make your own as most people already have white sugar and water.
I use both fresh lime juice and orange juice. I have tried with lime juice and pineapple juice which is delicious also.
I have made with Bacardi Lime Rum which is also great.

Peach Daiquiri
Description
A perfectly balanced Daiquiri. Refreshing.
Ingredients
1–1/2 oz White Rum
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a glass.
Serve straight up.
