I love Jimmy’s Steer House rice. For me, there is no comparison to getting their delicious Florentine rice versus a potato. Loaded with flavor, this will be a recipe you make quite often.
We go to Jimmy’s Steer House very often. It’s a great all around restaurant and features quite a few delicious meals.
Mo matter what entree I get, I always get the rice.

What do I need to make this great rice?
Most of the ingredients you probably already have on hand. With maybe the exception of the spinach.
You’ll need:
Onion
Butter
Rice
Chicken Broth
Better Than Bullion Chicken Flavor Base
Fresh Spinach
How easy is this to make?
Really easy. Cook onion in the butter until soft.
Add rice, broth and bullion.
Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until done.
The end result is deliciously, creamy rice, perfect to go with any entree.
Below is the rice I get at the restaurant with a Prime Club steak.
