- Grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Chutney:
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 Tbsp capers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix together all chutney ingredients. Cover and refrigerate and hour or two, until ready for use.
