Description
This is a great sauce recipe for stir fry of any kind.
Ingredients
Scale
1–1/2 Tbsp dry sherry
4 Tbsp chicken broth
6 Tbsp oyster sauce
1–1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp cornsarch
Instructions
Whisk sherry, chicken broth, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and cornstarch in a bowl. Use right away or double the recipe and store in a mason jar or other sealed container for future use.
