- 6–8 Sweet Potatoes on the smaller side
- 1 c. water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Wash your potatoes.
- Place potatoes in a 9 x 12 (or equivalent) baking dish.
- Add about a cup to a cup and a half of water. Pierce each potato with a fork.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for approx 1-1/2 hours to 2 hours. You can also raise the temp to 400 degrees F and cook for a shorter time if you are pinched for time. Just watch to make sure the pan doesn’t run out of water.
- These are done when they are soft to the touch, or a fork is inserted with no resistance. They should be nice and soft.
