Quick healthy meal.
Ingredients
3 cups lettuce of your choice
1 regular tomato or 2 Campari tomatoes, sliced
half of a cucumber, halved and sliced
jarred roasted red peppers, sliced
black olives
2 celery heart stalks, sliced
Chicken breast half, grilled and sliced
Instructions
Marinate chicken breast in Italian dressing for about 15 minutes 1/2 hour.
Heat grille.
Cook chicken breast until inside temperature is 130 degrees F. Remove to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to rest while you prepare the salad.
Prepare the salad and top with sliced chicken breast.
Top with Good Seasons Italian or your favorite dressing.
